From Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th January, Montagu’s Mews Bar will be highlighting its existing Macallan whiskey flights as a quiet nod to Robert Burns and the enduring pleasure of a well-chosen wee dram.
The Classier Macallan flight (£60 per person) is served as three 20ml measures, bringing together the 15-year-old Double Oak with gentle sweetness and spice; the 18-year-old Sherry Oak, deeper and more contemplative in style; and Harmony Vibrant Oak, offering a softer, rounded finish — a balanced exploration of oak, age and maturation.
Alongside this, The Classy Macallan flight (£30 per person) offers a lighter introduction to The Macallan style.
Whether enjoyed before dinner, as a nightcap, or simply savoured at leisure, a fine whiskey provides a simple and timeless way to honour this Scottish occasion.
