Spa Info and Etiquette
Open from 7am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 9pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays, the spa is a tranquil haven so please leave your mobile phone behind.
(Treatments are available 10am to 6pm daily.)
The Relaxation Pool and Vitality Pool are operated under strict water hygiene parameters involving small quantities of chemicals such as chlorine, which could irritate sensitive skin.

Arrival time
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment as there are a few forms to fill out first. If you're late this will shorten the time for your treatment.
What to wear
The essentials – robes, flip flops, towels and lockers - are provided for all guests. If you're staying at the hotel, you're also welcome to change in the privacy of your hotel room and arrive in your robe and slippers.
Some guests choose to wear swimming costumes for treatments, some their underwear, it’s totally up to you. Alternatively, we will provide you with disposable underwear.
Cancellation policy
We request a 48-hour notice period when cancelling or rescheduling your treatment(s) to avoid any cancellation charges. In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel or postpone your confirmed booking within a 48-hour notice period, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount. The hotel will at all times endeavour to avoid cancellation fees becoming necessary by re-selling the treatment room slot.
Age requirements
Children 15 years and under may use the pool during school holidays only (please check applicable dates) between 9am to 10am and 4pm to 5pm daily subject to availability. Outside of these times, The Spa & Bath House is for our adult guests, members and children aged 16 and over.
Due to limited capacity, kids' places need to be booked in advance on a first-come, first-served basis with our spa reception team. Spaces are subject to availability.
Advisory medical note
Please note that the heat and hydrotherapy experiences are not appropriate for during pregnancy or if under medical supervision. During the restricted swimming times for children, during the school holidays only, children 15 years and under are NOT permitted to use the heat and hydrotherapy facilities, access is to the main pool only.
If you are undergoing medical treatment or think you may be pregnant, please let one of the team know at the time of your visit.
