SPA FACILITIES

The spa will be open each day between 8:00 and 18:00. Guests of the hotel will have access to the spa and gymnasium on a first come, first served basis, on the hour every hour, bookable direct with the spa reception team as soon as possible, and a minimum of 24-hours prior to arrival. Should space become available during usage time then the spa team will do all they can to accommodate requests. Please be aware that the spa will perform a temperature test upon your arrival. Guests must change in their room and enter the spa wearing the appropriate gym wear/ bathing clothes.

- Slip into our 12-metre heated relaxation pool and let the healing powers of the warm water do the rest.
- Rejuvenate tired or aching muscles in the Vitality Pool with massage jets positioned to release tension in the back and calves.
- Show your skin some love with the healing properties of a Himalayan Salt Infused Sauna, which also boosts your immune system.
- Beauty isn’t only skin deep so breathe in the health-boosting eucalyptus and menthol aromas in the Herbal Steam Inhalation Room.
- Work up a sweat in our fully equipped Fitness Room with the latest Power Plate technology.
- Lie back and leave yourself in the hands of the experts. There are six rooms for a range of rejuvenating and relaxing treatments by Elemental Herbology and luxurious manicures or pedicures by Jessica Nails.

Treatments are available every day from 10am to 6pm.
The Spa is open Monday to Friday 7am to 9pm.
Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays from 8am to 8pm.
