** Jane Austen-inspired Afternoon Tea  **
From 2nd-30th September, Afternoon Tea at The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa takes on a Jane Austen-inspired twist, marking the return of the Jane Austen Festival to Bath from 11th–20th September.
Alongside our classic finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones and traditional Bath buns, guests can enjoy a collection of beautifully crafted cakes and pastries inspired by one of the city's most celebrated literary figures.

Opening hours

Afternoon teas, including a dedicated Children’s Afternoon Tea, are served daily between 12.30pm and 4pm in our bar, restaurant and on the terrace or in our glorious gardens. 

Afternoon tea - £49 per person
Children's tea - £24.50 per child 

There's always the option of adding some sparkle to the occasion with a flute or flight of Taittinger Champagne.

While we do advise you book in advance to avoid disappointment, you're very welcome to drop in for a bite and we'll do our best to offer you a table.

Our Festive Afternoon Tea menu will be served from 26th November to 31st Dec 2026.
