Can we bring the children?

The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa welcomes younger guests and ensures that a magical and memorable time is had by all.

Executive Head Chef, David Campbell has designed a healthy, child-friendly menu for the restaurant and if there’s a favourite meal that’s required – just ask!

With your permission, we can also put the following into your family room:

  • Playstation
  • Kids DVD’s
  • Kids TV

Extra Bed Policy 

Extra beds for children can be accommodated in Deluxe rooms, Master rooms or Suites.

Extra beds for children 3 years and up to 6 years old are free of charge.

Extra beds for children 6 years and up to 12 years old have a charge of £50 per child, per night (including Full English Breakfast).

Children from 12 to 18 years old will be considered an adult and can be accommodated on a sofa bed in our Master Rooms and Deluxe Suites and will be charged at £150 per sofa bed, per night. No extra beds available in our Deluxe Bedrooms.

Other items such as cots for babies and toddlers up to 3 years old, bathrobes and high chairs are also available at no additional charge.

We are delighted to make special arrangements for room fridges for storing children’s drinks, food and medicines. Just let us know in advance.

Can we bring our dog – or even a cat?

At The RCH, we are delighted to welcome the whole family and that includes your feline and canine family members too!

There will be a charge of £35 per pet per stay. A maximum of 2 pets per room are permitted. Our pet-friendly rooms include one Heritage Room, three Master Rooms and two Deluxe Suites. These rooms are subject to availability.

All pet friendly rooms enjoy direct access onto a private courtyard or onto our one acre of secluded gardens.

We kindly request that pets are kept on a lead at all times whilst within the hotel grounds. Pets are not permitted in the Restaurant, Bar, Public Rooms or The Spa & Bath House and Taittinger Spa Garden.

No pets are allowed in our Deluxe Rooms and Master Suites.

How far are you from the city centre?

We are a pleasant five-minute stroll to the central high-street of Bath.
