Join us for an unforgettable evening with an expert from Louis Latour, one of Burgundy’s most historic family-owned domaines. Across generations, Louis Latour has championed sustainable viticulture, crafted its own oak barrels, and produced wines consistently celebrated by critics worldwide. Guests will gain unique insight into the history, craftsmanship, and terroir behind each exceptional vintage.

As we explore these remarkable wines, Martin Blake and his brigade of chefs will present a bespoke menu highlighting the finest seasonal ingredients. From the delicate richness of Isle of Orkney scallops to the depth of Exmoor venison and the celebrated Époisses cheese, each course is thoughtfully paired to reveal the character of the wines.

The evening concludes with a refined Mont Blanc dessert, accompanied by a crisp Crémant de Bourgogne, providing the perfect finale to a night that celebrates the care, tradition, and appreciation for heritage shared by both Louis Latour wines and The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa.
