A supplement of £51 per person applies should you wish to upgrade your train travel to First Class.

Cancellation Policy
Your spa day experience includes a rail journey arranged in partnership with a third-party provider, whose terms require a minimum of 14 days’ notice for any cancellations. After this time, the rail element of your booking – cost dependent on varying factors but tends to be under £100 per person - is regrettably non-refundable and non-transferable.
For your spa experience with us, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any amendments or cancellations. Where less notice is given, the full value of the spa day may be charged if we are unable to resell the treatment slot.
