Your exciting evening begins in sparkling style with our Champagne and canapé reception, followed by a spectacular five-course gala dinner - served on individual tables - prepared by our Head Chef Martin Blake and his team. Then, there will be a DJ and dancing before we welcome in the new year with a glass of Champagne, to the tune of a traditional live piper.
