Experience is Key

There are two Golden Key concierge members in our team, with almost 50 year’s experience between them, so there’s not much they don’t know.

Of course, they do all the usual things – book the best tables in town, organise taxis, recommend things to do, sort out travel arrangements.

But our guiding mantra here at The RCH is to exceed every expectation.

That’s why when we offer to take your much-loved dog for a walk, we make sure we have some tasty treats in our pocket too.

If you ask us to recommend something fun to do – we might well book you a hot air balloon ride so you can see the city from a very different perspective.
