We are currently looking to recruit a full time (40 hours per week) Revenue and Reservations Assistant to join the Reservations team at The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa - a renowned 5 AA red star property located within the beautiful City of Bath
The key requirements of the role are excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage the department to ensure all incoming accommodation and restaurant enquiries are handled in a professional manner. In this role you will be working closely with the Revenue Management and the Reservations team to assist with the smooth and efficient running of the operation whilst maintaining internal and external communication to a five star standard. The role will require the successful applicant to assist the Revenue Manager in driving sales on all distribution channels of the hotel, ensure that all sales are recorded accurately and ensure all hotel information and rates are loaded accurately in our PMS and other distribution channels as appropriate.
