Sous Chef

The Royal Crescent Hotel and Spa is an iconic destination in Bath, where quality of service, style and modern elegance is at the heart of our guest experience.

We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our award-winning team in creating culinary excellence for guests in our Dower House Restaurant.

With previous experience within a 5 star or Michelin environment, you will work alongside the Head Chef to ensure the smooth efficiency of the kitchen; overseeing staff, menu creation, monitoring and ordering of supplies as well as high quality food preparation and production. With a passion for fine dining and modern flavours, the successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong leadership skills.   

This opportunity will suit an experienced and ambitious Chef ready to use culinary and managerial skills in order to enhance the quality of experience that is renowned at the Royal Crescent Hotel and Spa.
