Pastry Sous Chef

The successful Candidate will have similar experience in a five-star or four red star environment with multiple AA rosettes or Michelin background,  preferably for a minimum of two years. They will have a good all round skill set encompassing plated desserts, Afternoon tea, Banqueting and possess excellent interpersonal  and communication skills. The position would suit a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a similar position looking to take the next step in there career.  We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, accustomed  to dealing with multiple food outlets simultaneously and is able to demonstrate organisational skills requisite with their position’.
