We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our experienced and award-winning kitchen team. With experience in a 4 or 5 star or Michelin environment and a good all round skill set, you will assist with overseeing the operations of the kitchen, as well as menu input, dish development and the training of junior chefs.
To excel in this role, you'll be enthusiastic, organised and willing to be creative and try new things to exceed the expectations of our guests. You will have gained effective communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently within a team through your previous kitchen experience.
This position would suit a Chef de Partie looking for the next step in their career.
