THE BATH HOUSE ONE DAY RETREATS
Experience a day of peace and pleasure in the beautiful surroundings of The Bath House.
Restore balance within your body and mind with the combination of bathing, cleansing, holistic therapies and natural treatments.
The day includes full use of The Bath House facilities and Gym, a welcome drink on arrival and a nutritious two–course lunch within The Bath House relaxation area or spa garden. Alternatively you can choose to dine in The Dower House restaurant. Available Sunday to Friday.
ENTIRETY £225
A revitalizing programme to leave you feeling re–energised, re–balanced and radiant. Includes the following treatments: Fruit Enzyme Wrap, Replenishing Nourishing Eye Treatment and a Tranquillity Massage.
THE ELEMENTAL DAY RETREAT £185
This all–encompassing programme will promote tranquillity and leave you feeling totally rejuvenated. Includes the following treatments: Aromatherapy Body and Scalp Massage, Radiance Facial and a holistic Manicure or Pedicure.
SERENE £150
This Retreat takes you through a sequence of bathing and cleansing that includes an Essential Oil and Sea Salt Exfoliation, a full body Massage and a Reflexology session where acupressure is applied to areas of the feet to calm and re–balance the body’s energy systems.
AQUATOPIA £245
At the centre of the Bath House philosophy lies its relationship with water and here we have created a Retreat that draws in the deeply nurturing Watsu, The Bath House Turkish Hamam Treatment and a soothing Tranquillity Massage. Peace in abundance.
PRE– AND POST–NATAL RETREAT £165
This programme has been carefully designed for pregnant and nursing mothers to take into account all contraindications and aid relaxation leaving you feeling totally cherished. Includes the following treatments: Pre–natal Massage, a Radiance Facial designed for mothers–to–be and a Manicure or Pedicure. Life will never be the same.
THE BATH HOUSE HALF–DAY RETREATS
(available Monday–Friday to non–resident guests)
Arrive at The Bath House at 10 am to relax and unwind within the ground floor spa area, which includes steam and sauna, hot and cold plunge pools as well as the inviting warm waters of the 12–metre relaxation pool.
Your treatment will be scheduled for mid-morning and lunch will follow. Lunch may be taken in The Bath House or, alternatively in The Dower House restaurant – we recommend that our guests enjoy the comfortable surroundings of our Bath House relaxation area or garden for lunch. Lemon Detox Retreats, 1 day and 3 day options available exclusively at the Bath House at the Royal Crescent
What better way to refresh and renew than with the new Lemon Detox 3 Day Retreat, which is being launched exclusively at The Bath House, the luxurious Royal Crescent Hotel’s unique spa.
We are calling it “The Royal Lemon Detox” - it is an intensive 3 day fasting programme designed to make detoxing easy as it nourishes and nurtures you through the initial fasting period and prepares you in body and mind for a continued weight loss or cleansing regime, whilst rejuvenating and pampering you in a beautiful, discreet environment
Day One: On arrival, an initial consultation to assess your health status and objectives. Here, you will experience a ‘tasting’ of the syrup formula in order to tweak to your palette, before being given a flask of the liquid to carry with you and consume whenever you feel hungry. You will then be left to enjoy the spa – a stylish retreat set in beautiful serene grounds hidden deceptively behind the main hotel - before wiling away the next hours in your room simply relaxing or enjoying the yoga DVD and relaxing music CDs left for your use. Come the afternoon, you will receive a Reflexolgy treatment to further help release tension and accumulated toxins and get you in the mood for sleep!
Day Two: A fresh flask of your Lemon Detox formula will arrive at your door at 7am sharp and you can enjoy an early morning swim or sauna in the spa or simply relax some more until your morning treatment, the signature Bath House Treatment. This treatment is a full body sea salt exfoliation followed by a relaxing Full Body Massage which will literally wash away any stresses whilst boosting the circulation and further releasing toxins. Next comes consultation number two to discuss your detox so far, followed by some free time to explore the grounds, the town or to simply relax. The evening comes accompanied with an extra special treat – Watsu or water yoga – where, as the sun goes down, you can enjoy basking in the warm water under the sparkle of the indoor stars.
Day Three: Your Lemon Detox formula will arrive once again at 7am and you will have the morning to enjoy the spa facilities once more, before your final consultation. You will then be given further detox hints and tips.

THE BATH HOUSE TASTER £50
Experience a mid-day or an evening of total rest and relaxation after a hard day at work. Unwind in the Spa which includes steam and sauna, hot and cold plunge pools as well as the inviting warm waters of the 12 metre relaxation pool. Continue being pampered with a luxurious back, neck and shoulder massage or 25 minute express facial using our own bespoke range of botanical products which are of the highest quality containing excellent nutrients including local flowers and herbs.
On arrival to The Bath House you will receive a herbal tea of your choice. Make full use of The Bath House facilities followed by a 25 minute stress relieving massage concentrating on the tension-prone back neck and shoulder area or a two course light lunch. Just what you deserve after a hard day at work, it will leave you feeling de-stressed and rejuvenated.
The Bath House taster commences at either 12.30-2.30pm or 4pm-6pm available Monday to Thursday only excluding bank holidays, subject to availability and lasts approximately two hours. Please check availability and prices with The Bath House.
