Spa Opening Times
Treatments are available daily 9.00am to 7.00pm
Spa use Monday to Friday 7.00am to 9.00pm
Saturday and Sunday 8.00am to 8.00pm
Please contact the Spa for opening times during Bank Holidays, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

Spa Etiquette
Our Spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect other guests’ right to privacy and serenity by not using your mobile phone within the Spa. The Spa is a non-smoking environment.

Arrival Time
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to complete our medical questionnaire. Please note that if you arrive late to your treatment, this time will be deducted from your therapy time.

What To Wear
Robes, flip flops, towels and lockers are provided for all guests. Hotel guests may prefer to change in their rooms and arrive to the spa in their robes.
For treatments, most guests choose to wear their swimming costumes. However, if your swimming costume is wet at the time of your treatment you may find it more comfortable to wear your underwear under your robe, Alternately, we will provide you with disposable underwear.

Cancellation Policy
Please allow 24 hours for cancelling or rescheduling of your treatments to avoid cancellation charges. Failure to arrive for your reservation will result in a 100% charge being levied.

Please allow 48 hours for cancelling or rescheduling of your Day Retreats to avoid cancelltion charges. Failure to arrive for your reservation will result in a 100% charge being levied.

Age Requirements
Guests over 12-years-old are welcome to use the spa. Children under 16 years are allowed to use the pool only when accompanied by an adult. Thirty-minute facials and nail treatments are available to children over 12 years and under 16 only when accompanied by an adult.

Advisory Medical Note
Please note that the heat and the hydrotherapy experiences are not appropriate for guests under 16 years of age, during pregnancy or if under medical supervision. If you are undergoing medical treatment or think that you may be pregnant please advise at the time of your visit.
Please note that certain treatments are suitable from the second trimester only. Please contact the spa team for more information.

Important Note
The pool and tubs are operated under strict water hygiene parameters involving small quantities of chemicals such as chlorine. The presence of the carefully controlled chlorine and ph levels may however results in irritation to people with sensitive skin.
