Spa Opening Times and Booking Guidance
The spa is open Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 21:00, last entry 20:00, and on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays between 08:00 and 21:00, last entry 20:00. Adult guests of the hotel can enjoy unlimited access to the spa and gymnasium. We recommend that you book any treatments as far in advance of your stay as possible to avoid disappointment.
A discretionary 12.5% service charge is applied to all treatment bookings.
Children 15 years and under may use the pool during school holidays only (please check applicable dates, pre-booking is required) between 9am to 10am and 4pm to 5pm daily, subject to availability. Outside of these times, The Spa & Bath House is for our adult guests, members and children aged 16 and over.
Due to limited capacity, it is essential that child places are booked in advance, subject to availability on a first come, first served basis with our spa reception team.
Children aged 16 and over may also book treatments.
The Spa & Bath House has a host of spoiling treatments for both men and women to enjoy, as well as first class facilities including a 12-metre heated relaxation pool, vitality pool with massage jets, sauna, steam inhalation room and fully equipped fitness room.
