The kitchen brigade is led by our extremely talented Executive Head Chef, David Campbell . David’s many years of fine dining experience is reflected in the innovative menus available in The Dower House Restaurant.

The A la Carte menu and Tasting Menu,both served between 7pm & 9.30pm are adapted daily to ensure that only the highest quality seasonal produce is served to you, this guarantees that you are sure to enjoy a five-star dining experience that parallels the service and surroundings that The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa has become renowned for.

August 2016 saw the launch of the new All Day Dining Menu in The Montagu Bar & Champagne Lounge. This diverse, colourful and viewed by some as a less formal menu enables residents and non-residents alike to enjoy dishes that are a little lighter than the A la carte or tasting menu and are primarily served in the relaxed environment of The Montagu Room or the hotel’s acre of stunning gardens.

We recommend as an aperitif or to accompany your dining experience a delicious cocktail created by our resident Master Mixologist, Orlando Garcia.

With cocktails such as Queen of The Blues, various champagnes including our house champagne, Taittinger and with menu items such as a delicious The Royal Crescent Club Sandwich, Fish ‘N’ Chip Basket, The Montagu Bar & Champagne Lounge is the perfect choice for a pre-dinner drink or a longer evening enjoying the ambiance with colleagues, friends or family.
