The room was great, the food was out of this world, the Spa was fantastic but above all the service was brilliant!
It's nice to know that there's still an oasis out there that not only knows how to look after their guests but also cares about them.
We all thought Bath was beautiful and would love to visit again some day and there's only one place we would stay.
