Having spent a night at the Royal Crescent Hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary on the 14th of this month, we would like to convey our gratitude to yourself, the concierge and other numerous members of the hotel staff who made us feel so welcome and to say what a pleasure it was to relax amongst such delightful Georgian surroundings. We should also like to give mention to the chef for producing a superb Chef's lunch and last but not by any means least, praise the comfortable accomodation. We would hope to visit again.

Your staff, particularly your doorman were so polite and helpful. Our room was lovely and the extra touches eg chocolates, slippers, DVD rental etc made it feel really special. We ate in your restaurant and can only describe it as a gourmet delight. The service was impeccable and it was the best meal we have ever had; please pass on our thanks to your chef and staff.
