Menus
The menus remain seasonal, both for the ingredients selected and for their flavour. An excellent choice at the moment would be The Dower House restaurant’s signature dish a Quail tart with creamed leeks and Puy lentils. A very fine puff pastry tartlet and leeks are prepared with Pommery mustard and thyme. Follow up with Pan Fried Halibut, Shellfish and a Smoked Haddock Froth. To finish why not try the Hot Chocolate Fondant with Walnut and Orange.
